Pyango

We built a tool that finds leads
and cold emails them for you.

You type who you want to reach. It scrapes Google Maps, audits their website, and writes a personal email based on real data. You review it, hit send.

Why we built this

We had the same problem
you probably have.

We run a software agency. We needed new clients but spent every morning writing outreach emails instead of doing actual work. So we built something to handle it.

"We didn't plan to make a product out of this. We just needed to stop wasting mornings on outreach. Then a friend who runs a wine shop asked if he could use it too. Cold email is his main business. So I sat down and set the whole thing up for him in a 3-hour session. That's when we realized this could work for anyone."

- Colin Wirz, COO at Pyango

Early results

270 emails sent. Zero spam complaints.

These are real numbers from our first campaigns. We track everything through Postmark: opens, clicks, bounces, replies. All in the admin.

39.6%

Open rate

106 out of 268 delivered emails opened. Industry average is around 20%.

10.1%

Click rate

23 people clicked through to the audit page. That's real interest, not accidental opens.

99.3%

Delivered

268 out of 270 emails landed in the inbox. Only 2 bounced.

0

Spam complaints

Nobody marked us as spam. Because the emails are relevant and personal.

The problem

Cold email works.
But nobody has time for it.

The emails that actually get replies are specific and personal. Writing 50 of those a week? That's a full-time job.

πŸ”

Finding leads is tedious

You know who you want to reach. But actually finding their email, checking their website, figuring out what to say? That eats hours.

✍

Good emails take time

The ones that get replies reference something specific about the person. You can't fake that with a template and a mail merge.

🌐

Different markets, different languages

Your next client might be in Zurich or Lyon. Writing proper German or French outreach is a whole other skill.

πŸ’°

Hiring someone is expensive

An SDR costs 80-120K a year. Most agencies and small teams can't justify that until the pipeline is already working.

What AI makes possible

AI does the heavy lifting.
We make sure it's done right.

AI is great at drafting, scraping, and analyzing. But someone still needs to make sure the thing actually works and doesn't embarrass you. That's what 10 years of shipping software is for.

⚑

Faster

Stuff that took months now takes weeks. We prototype with AI, iterate fast, and ship when it's ready.

10x

faster to prototype

πŸ’²

Cheaper

Less manual coding means lower cost. You get a real product without spending your whole budget on development.

60-80%

less than traditional dev

πŸ’ͺ

Solid

AI writes code. Our devs review it, test it, and make sure it holds up in production. Not a weekend hack.

How it works

You set it up once. It runs from there.

The whole thing runs inside Django Admin. No fancy dashboard, no onboarding flow. Just fill in a few fields and let it work.

Under the hood

What's actually running.

Not a wrapper around ChatGPT. This is a proper pipeline with real services doing real work on every lead.

Google Maps via BrightData

Scrapes every business matching your query in the area. Gets name, address, phone, website, rating, reviews.

Email discovery

Finds contact emails from the website, WHOIS records, Hunter.io, and pattern guessing. Verifies each one before sending.

Google Lighthouse

Runs a full performance audit on their site. Mobile and desktop scores, Core Web Vitals, load times. Real numbers, not guesses.

SEO crawler

Checks for broken links, missing meta tags, slow pages, images without alt text, security headers.

Claude (Anthropic)

Analyzes the website like a human would. Finds design issues, UX problems, conversion gaps. Then writes the email using all of it.

Postmark

Sends the emails, tracks opens and clicks, handles bounces. Follow-ups get scheduled and sent automatically.

This is ours. Yours can look different.

Same idea. Different business.

We built this for our agency. But a friend who runs a wine shop needed the same thing. His main business is cold outreach to restaurants and hotels. I set up his version in a 3-hour session.

Our version (Pyango)

Targets local businesses with bad websites. Audits their site with Lighthouse and SEO tools. Emails them with specific findings and a free audit page.

Wine shop version

Targets restaurants and hotels in specific regions. Different angle, different tone, different language. Same pipeline, same admin, same 6 steps.

Your version?

Maybe you sell SaaS and want to reach agencies. Maybe you're a freelancer looking for clients. The system adapts to whatever you're selling and whoever you're reaching.

3 hours to set up

That's how long it took for the wine shop. Paste your example email, add your signature, write your first search query. The rest is automated.

Live demo

Let's see it in action.

From search query to a real email.
The full pipeline, running live.
